Due to all orders being custom made to order, there will be no refunds or exchanges unless:

- The package has been lost or damaged through delivery.

- The item arrives with any defects or errors to the printing.

If any of the above is the case we just receive proof within 10 working days of delivery in order for a refund or replacement to be issued.

We ensure that every item meets the highest of standards before it is shipped, however if you have any issues with your item once received please contact us using the details on our website in the first instance.
